Fourth Annual Diversity Conference: Human Trafficking

Program Description: This event will be the fourth annual diversity conference of the Rivier University Psy.D. program in Counseling and School Psychology in partnership with the New Hampshire Psychological Association. The event will focus on the topic of human trafficking, with speakers to include Donna Plourde the Executive Director at Real Life Giving, a non-profit committed to fighting sex trafficking and exploitation through education and training, and to supporting survivors and at-risk women. Janet Carroll, an Emergency Department Registered Nurse who is currently the Nurse Manager of the Forensic Nursing Program at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and a NH Statewide SANE Program Director through the NH Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, as well as Jasmine Fiandaca a survivor of sex trafficking who has dedicated her life to survivors and who is the author of “The Diary of Jasmine Grace. Trafficked. Recovered. Redeemed.”
